Institut Industrial IT is research institution within the Department of
Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of Ostwestfalen-Lippe University
of Applied Sciences. It was founded in 2006 and is situated in Lemgo,Germany.

Prof. Dr. Juergen Jasperneite
Juergen Jasperneite received his doctorate degree (Dr.-Ing.) in Electrical
Engineering and Information Technology from the Otto-von-Guericke-University
of Magdeburg, Germany, in 2002. From 1988 - 1989 he was with Bosch Telecom,
Berlin, as a R&D-Engineer in the field of GSM technology. From 1989 to
2005 he was with Phoenix Contact, Germany, in different positions, starting
as an ASIC-Developer for industrial communication systems and finally
as the Head of the R&D-Department of the Business Unit Automation Systems.
Since 2005 he is a full professor of computer networks in the department
of electrical engineering and computer science and in addition since 2007
founding director of the inIT- Institut Industrial IT at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe
University of Applied Sciences. His current research interests are modelling,
testing and evaluating of Realtime Communication Systems (Protocol Engineering),
especially in the field of industrial automation systems.
M.Sc. Henning Trsek - Researcher
Henning Trsek obtained the diploma degree in electrical engineering (telecommunications)
from Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences in August 2003
and the M.Sc. in Information Technology in October 2005, respectively.
Currently, he is employed as a research assistant at inIT - Institut Industrial
IT, which belongs to the Ostwestfalen-Lippe UAS, and working towards a
PhD. His main research interests are in the area of quality of service
and fast roaming in industrial wireless networks.
Mgr. ing. Lukasz Wisniewski - Researcher
Lukasz Wisniewski received his Master degree in Informatics
from the University of Technology in Opole, Poland in September 2007.
Since January 2008, he is employed as research assistant at inIT - Institut Industrial IT,
which belongs to Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences.
His research area is wireless communication in industrial environment.
